On timelines

Most L1 clients complete their assessment in 2–4 weeks. The L2 CUI Enclave is implementable part-time, with a time estimate attached to every task so you can plan around your real schedule. Both vary with your starting point — your existing infrastructure, your platform, and how quickly your team responds. We won't promise you an exact date, because the honest answer is that it depends on your readiness.

On who does what

We provide the templates, the configuration guides, and the consulting. You implement. We don't set up your enclave for you, we don't supply the hardware, and we don't run your reviews or keep your logs. What we do is make sure you always know exactly what to build, how to build it, and what evidence to keep — with an expert on the calendar every two weeks to keep you unstuck. The defined roles make the split clear: an Owner/Manager who signs off and runs quarterly reviews, an IT Point Person who implements and maintains, and CUI User(s) who follow procedures and report incidents.
